When you shop with TITLE Boxing, we hope you find comfort knowing that you’re not only going to get quality fight gear, but also quality. Our help center provides you with information to make your shopping experience even better.

Orders

What if I have problems placing my order?

If you experience any problems or difficulties with an order, please contact us via Live Chat at TitleBoxing.com during business hours.  Our Customer Service representatives are standing by to assist you with all your needs.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

An immediate confirmation is available at the end of the checkout process, once your transaction is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed, and again when your order has shipped, complete with a tracking number.


Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder. To ensure the delivery of our emails, please add info@titleboxing.com to your safe senders list in your email account management program.

Is this a secure site?

Yes. All orders are processed securely and in full compliance with PCI laws and regulations. Your customer information and security are of top priority and security. TITLE Boxing strictly follows all laws and regulations. We never share or sell customer information.

How quickly are orders processed?

Orders placed online are usually processed within 1-2 business days, not including weekends and holidays. For time sensitive orders, please contact our Customer Service department via Live Chat at TitleBoxing.com during normal business hours.


To make a change to an order placed online, you can also forward the confirmation email to info@titleboxing.com with what changes you would like to make to the order. A confirmation email will be sent informing you if we were able to update your order. Please note, we will make every effort to accommodate all order change requests, but we cannot guarantee the changes once the order has been placed.

When will I be charged?

When submitting an order, a pending authorization is placed on your credit card account for the full amount of the order. We only process or capture the funds when the order ships. If an item is sold out or on backorder, the pending authorization will fall off and it will be re-authorized only for the items that shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay (Mobile only) via the website. For security and fraud prevention purposes, we only ship to the billing address of the card holder. To avoid delays in processing your order, please register a billing address for the gift card prior to redemption. Failing to do so could result in funds being placed on hold and delays in processing and shipment of your order.

Can I order a Gift Card?

Yes, gift cards for TITLE Boxing are paperless and the recipient will receive an email with the redemption information. No physical card is sent. Gift cards are valid up to 5 years from the purchase date. Gift cards are available online and are not subject to shipping charges.

Shipping

How do you ship?

TITLE Boxing ships most orders via UPS and U.S. Postal Service. Oversized or overweight orders (such as boxing rings, certain heavy bags, metal stands and oversized equipment) are shipped via Freight service because of size and weight limitations with standard carriers. Shipping rates are determined by the dimensional weight of the items ordered.


All packages are shipped insured. Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including standard ground, two-day, next-day and international shipping.

How long does an order take to ship?

Orders generally process and ship within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time varies on location and shipping option chosen.

Can you rush an order?

Yes, please select an air shipping method in checkout. For time-sensitive orders, please call our Customer Service department via Live Chat on our website TitleBoxing.com during listed business hours.

Can you ship to military addresses like APO and FPO?

Yes. Please note that deliveries to military, APO and FPO addresses can only be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service and can take up to 15 business days. However, due to size and weight restrictions imposed by USPS, some items may not be able to be shipped. If there are any size and/or weight restrictions on an order to a PO Box, you will be contacted via phone or email to discuss any shipping options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For international shipping, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout and include a daytime phone number and email address. All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes imposed by the country of delivery. International orders are subject to shipping revisions depending on the number of products and overall size of the shipment.


The International Shipping Process:


  • Prior to checking out, the additional fees that will be due upon your delivery are estimated. Please note, these are just an estimation and not a guarantee of what you will be charged. These fees are collected upon the delivery of the parcel. This is a charge imposed by your country and this charge is not included in the total price provided by TITLE Boxing.
  • For the protection of the card holder, additional information may be requested for the order to be processed and shipped. You will be contacted via e-mail if any additional information is required.
  • International orders are subject to shipping revisions depending on the number of products and overall size of the shipment.


Additional shipping charges may apply. Please provide a daytime phone number and email address with your order. Orders placed outside the contiguous U.S., including APO/FPO orders, may require additional shipping charges not reflected online. You will be contacted via phone or email if there are any shipping discrepancies. Shipping cost may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.


Please note that there may be restrictions on shipments to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Yes. Orders placed to a PO Box will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. However, due to size and weight restrictions imposed by USPS, some items may not be able to be shipped. If there are any size and/or weight restrictions on an order to a PO Box, you will be contacted via phone or email to discuss any shipping options.

Can you ship to another address?

For the protection of the card holder, we can only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. A customer may contact their credit card company to add an additional shipping address to their account. But we can only ship to customer address(es) confirmed by card holders credit card company. Please contact our Customer Service department via Live Chat online at TitleBoxing.com during business hours for more information.

What are the requirements for Freight orders?

All or part of your order will ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. A valid phone number and email address are required for all LTL Freight shipments. In person signature is required for delivery. Once your item(s) has shipped, you will receive a PRO number to track your shipment. The assigned freight carrier at checkout will also contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery. If you do not arrange delivery with the carrier of your shipment within 24 hours of their first attempt to contact you, your shipment will likely be returned to the TITLE Boxing warehouse, and you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have it redelivered, in addition to any charges incurred for the return shipment.

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, click here to begin the return or exchange process. An item may be returned for a refund, exchange or gift card within 120 days of purchase if it’s in new, resalable condition. This policy does not include mouth guards, gift cards, custom apparel, custom awards, boxing rings, ring mat covers or ring padding. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured, nullifies the warranty.


Most items will be provided with a return label. Please include each item you would like to return in the same request. Please repackage your item(s) and ship back to us using the label provided.


Return labels are not provided in the following instances:


Items are heavy or oversized
Items are under $10
Orders outside of the contiguous United States
Damaged/Defective items

If you are shipping items back without a prepaid label, it is recommended to use USPS, UPS or FedEx. Ship all packages insured and postage paid. No refunds will be accepted for products more than 120 days after purchase. There are no refunds for original shipping charges, including refused packages and shipments. If the package is refused, return shipping may be deducted from the product refund. We can only refund the original card used to make the purchase. If you no longer have the card, please request an exchange or site gift card.


Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt. Additional time may be required during peak and holiday seasons. A confirmation email will be sent when the return is processed.

Products

Will I know if an item is in stock?

TITLE Boxing is a “real-time inventory” site, meaning up-to-the-minute inventory in our warehouse is reflected as you shop the site. When all required product options (size, color, etc.) are selected, the availability status of the item will display.


If an item has an estimated ship date, it means the item is backordered or sold out, and will be restocked on that approximate date. Estimated ship dates are subject to change. Any discontinued items on backorder will be cancelled from the order. The payment method will be authorized for the total cost of the order, but you will not be charged until the item ships. Please contact customer service via Live Chat at TitleBoxing.com and they will help you select a comparable in-stock item.


If an item has an availability status of “Unavailable" it means the item has sold out of the inventory and will not be received again. Please select another item. Please contact customer service if you would like assistance selecting a comparable item.

What is excluded from Shipping Promotions?

The shipping promotion is applied to your order when the retail value of the products in your cart subtotal are greater than the shipping minimum for the offer (when applicable). Shipping savings will be reflected in the shopping cart.

  • Shipping offers apply to ground or standard shipping only, and are limited to U.S. contiguous 48 states only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Priority shipping will be applied for expedited orders.
  • Additional shipping will apply for heavy and/or oversized items.
  • Shipping offers exclude gift cards, custom apparel and awards, heavy bags, stands, platforms, boxing rings, boxing ring mats, ring padding, and more.

What are the "Percentage Off" Offer exclusions?

No minimum purchase required unless specifically stated.

Shop Pay Installments

How do Shop Pay Installments work?

Shop Pay works similar to Apple Pay and Google Pay. When you create your store account at titleboxing.com, Shop Pay can be set to remember your shipping address, key contact info, and preferred method of payment.

Shop Pay Installments also allows customers to place a large order, and receive the items right away, but pay over time.

You can select “Installments” at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments for any order over $50*. That means ZERO fees!

*Please note that orders must total $50 or more after discounts/coupons, taxes, and shipping are applied.

Does using Shop Pay Installments impact my credit score?

Nope! Your credit score is NOT impacted if you choose to pay for your order in the recommended four biweekly installments.

Your credit score might be affected if you choose to pay for your order in monthly payments and fail to make payments on time. Only monthly payment options might impact a customer's credit score, in addition to failed payments.

What happens if I am refunded for an order that uses Shop Pay?

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance you will receive the following:

  1. A smaller payment balance on the final payment OR
  2. Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance you will receive the following: 

  • The difference is a refund to your original payment method.

Please note your paid interest will not be refunded if you request a refund for an order that you have already made monthly payments for. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable. For more details, please visit: https://shoppay.affirm.com/help/s/

Can I add an item to an existing Shop Pay order?

Yes! An invoice will be created for the outstanding balance which will be sent directly to you via the email provided at checkout.

Shop Pay Installments does not support additional invoices at this time, so you will be required to pay for the outstanding balance in full using a different payment method.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Shop Pay Installments is available for purchases made using a credit and debit card. Capital One cards aren't accepted.

Customers who choose a monthly payment option can only pay with a debit card.

Who is eligible to use Shop Pay Installments?

To pay for an order using Shop Pay Installments: 

  • You need to have a United States billing address and be signed up for Shop Pay
  • Your order needs to be between $50 USD and $17,500 USD, including shipping and taxes.
  • If you're ordering a physical product that requires shipping, then you need to provide a United States shipping address. If you're only purchasing digital products, then a United States shipping address isn't required.
  • For orders split into four bi-weekly payments, you need to pay with a supported credit card or debit card.
  • For orders paid for in monthly installment payments, you can only pay with a supported debit card.

If any of the below limitations apply to your order, then you can't use Shop Pay Installments to pay for that order: 

  • You can't pay for an order if the order includes currency in any form, including virtual and digital currency, such as gift cards.
  • You can't pay for a Shop Pay Installments order using Capital One card, prepaid debit cards, or prepaid credit cards.
How do I manage my payments?

After your first payment, Shop Pay automatically charges your method of payment for installment payments going forward, either bi-weekly, or monthly. 

You can change your automatic payment method on a Shop Pay Installments order while it's in repayment. However, you can't use Capital One cards or prepaid debit cards as a payment method. If you've opted into monthly payments, then you can only pay with a debit card. If you want to update your payment method or multiple Shop Pay Installments orders, then you need to change your automatic payment method for each order. 

Change your automatic payment method in the Shop app

  1. From the Home tab in the Shop app, tap the order that you want to change the payment method for. 
  2. Tap View Installments, and then tap Manage. 
  3. Select the new payment method that you want to use. If you need to add a new payment method, then tap Add card, and complete the required fields. 

Change your automatic payment method on a web browser

  1. Sign into your Shop Pay account.
  2. In the overflow menu in the top right corner, click Orders.
  3. Select the order that you want to update your payment method for.
  4. In the Automatic Payments section, click Edit.
  5. Select a payment method from the drop-down menu, or use a different card.
  6. Click Update.
  7. Click Continue.
